Abstract

With this Strategic Plan, Youth Action Volunteers (YAV) seeks to improve governance in the health and HIV/AIDS sectors through mobilizing citizen engagement both at national and local levels. Our vision is a Tanzania where healthy and responsible citizens enjoy quality health services as their basic right.
