Abstract

In this paper the Refugees Problem is cast in the framework of the "Population and Development Question" Inflows and outflows of fleeing persons (refugees as defined in the Global convention) are seen as some form of (abnormal) Population Dynamic. The empirical part uses Tanzania as a case study.
