Establishment bylaw for council health service board

Abstract

This draft was made under section 52A of Act No. 8 of 1982 by the Local government envisaged for application throughout the country under the jurisdiction of the city/ municipal/ town council in order to ensure full involvement of the local community in priority identification, planning, financial contributions, monitoring and evaluation of health services delivery systems through the work of the Council Health Service Board established under section 4 of this draft, under the supervision of WDC.
