Abstract

This is a scheme which is prepared by the government of Tanzania as a means of accomplishing its strategies for health sector reforms through ensuring greater security of access to health care, empowering households and communities in health care decisions and promoting cost sharing with strong local participation and general involvement of both bilateral and multilateral sectors in order to enable health sector to deliver modified and effective health services countrywide
