Community Health Fund (CHF)

Abstract

This training manual or guidelines is written purposely to assist the trainers of the Community Health Fund, basically the Districts health trainers (Trainers of trainees). It also intend to develop health financing schemes that serve the rural population to develop a balanced formal health insurance scheme, for civil servants, salary payment in the urban and promote individuals, families and communities participation in discussing and deciding on health matters.
