Case management of Malaria in under-fives at primary health care facilities in a Tanzania district

Abstract

The aim of this report was to address the case management of malaria in children under 5 years of age at primary health care facilities in Kibaha district and to evaluate the accuracy of self reported mothers or quardians information on chloroquine use in children as well as to indicate that health care services needs improvement to ensure presumptive malaria diagnosis,consaltations time and procedure for physical examination.
